3rd game edition of the original game of the franquise. This game was released on NES, SNES, on the japanese Wii Virtual console and finally on NDS.

Taken from the original game seccion, like the game:
The first released for the Famicom, in April 20, 1990 in Japan. It was the one who started the SRPG genre or "Strategic Role Playing Game", along with the others like the Shining. Unfortunately it didn't went out of Japan (although his remake did), like almost all the others. In Fire Emblem: Ankoku Ryuu to Hikari no Tsurugi We control the army of Altea, led by the young prince Marth, in the Akanea Continent. To stop Dolua's army, Controlled by the Dark Dragon.

Note: You can stop the enemy reinforcements by killing the chapter's boss. The enemy reinforcements appear at the end of their turn unless it said otherwise or when you play it on H5 (Merciless) were appear at the beggining of enemy turn.
