This is the first DLC, which you should have for free if you bought the game right on release date. Although this includes that you had to access the dimensional portal where you can buy the DLC and download it for free during the first month. If you didn't, you won't be able to play it for free, unfortunately.

As for the chapter, it is the best to get experience at the beginning in high difficulties, since as with all the other DLC, these can be repeated as much as you want. Although I would not recommend to do this immediately into high difficulties, if not until you finish at least the first optional chapter or the 5 or so (unless you recruit a unit that gives bonuses through the logbook). BUT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO GO TO "GRIND" TO FINISH LUNATIC (as in, is not necessary to repeat this map over and over again to gain experience).

If you do not want to abuse this, it is also advisable to play it a little later. It does not have much difficulty since there are no reinforcements or anything special and you only need to be with stats similar to those of the enemy. But remember that there are forts and forests where you can gain escape in order to be victorious.

Celica Boss - Data

Rexcalibur (Lunatic)
Mage

Skills
None.

Just do not attack her with flying units, her magic is effective against them which is to multiply its damage x3.

By the way, as in this and all DLCs, it doesn't matter whether or not the green characters survive. It will only change the dialogue a bit after finishing the maps in some cases.

Panne Sothe (Battle)
Walhart Sigurd (Battle)
Severa Ephraim (Battle)
Lucina Ike (Battle)

General strategy:
- Objective: Defeat every enemy.
- Available Units: Chrom + 6 + 3 allies (green).

It is the same as the previous one but you will need stronger units or better Pair up since you are separated. Allies may not do much, so you will have to use your units more.
Also give them Vulneraries so that they only resist, since I do not recommend using healers if you are at the beginning of the game because they will defeat them, and you can even use the forts to heal damage at the beginning of each turn or mountains that are on each side to get evasion.

And be especially careful with Sothe who has an effective weapon against armors, or Pr. Marth's who is effective against all mounted (including flying) and armor units.

Pr. Marth Boss - Data
Weapons and items:
Noble Rapier (Lunatic).

Lissa Julia (Battle)
Owain Nanna (Battle)
Miriel Lilina (Battle)
Gregor Lyn (Battle)
Chrom Eirika (Battle)

General strategy:
- Objective: Defeat every enemy.
- Available Units: Chrom + 11.

Now the enemies have some better weapons. In stats they are almost the same, but not because of the weapons, so I recommend you advance a few chapters, through 9 or 10. Pay attention to:

- Eirika's weapon can attack x2 and consecutively. Celica too and is effective against flyers.
- Marth has a noble Rapier, is effective against all mounted (including flying) and armor units.
- Deirdre's weapon has a critical 50+, it is best to attack her with a unit with good resistance paired with others that give them the same, since at the beginning of the game it is not possible to reduce the critical to zero. Or even use Longbows if you have.
- Lyn's weapon also gives 50+ crit, but unlike Deirdre you can attack her with bows or ranged lances at will, or even magic and do a lot of damage without taking counterattacks.
- Caeda / Shiida has an effective weapon against Mounted and Taguel. Sothe one against armors, and Julia has Book of Naga that deals a lot of damage to dragons.

But if you attract a few enemies at a time, it should not cause problems, starting with those at the top or those with more movement and being well grouped. Just brace yourself and put a few of yours in the attack range of only a few enemies, to let them attack you on the enemy turn and then defeat them.

Ike Boss - Data
Weapons and items:
Ragnell (Lunatic)
Mercenary
Level 15, Mov. - HP Str Mag Skl Spd Lck Def Res
Hard
Lunatic 48 22 1 20 18 13 13+5 4
Weapon level
(Hard), A (Lunatic).
Skills
Patience.

It is strong, but has little resistance. If you attack him first with someone with good defense and bonuses from Pairing up, you can finish him off with magic in case you can't defeat him in one hit. But make sure the latter can withstand a hit from Ike or it will die. For this reason, the most common thing in these situations is to have them attack you on the enemy's turn so that you can recover on yours. Remember that Ragnell can attack between 1 and 2 tiles, but Ike will not move from his place.
