Skills

Unlike Genealogy of the Holy War, being able to double-attack and make critical hits is not exclusive to any skill. Also, Skills can be learned by either using a Skill Manual item, or a few exceptions that are triggered by special events.
The formula for double attacks is similar to future FEs: “If a unit's (Speed - Weapon Weight) is 4 points higher than the enemy’s (Speed - Weapon Weight), the unit can do a follow-up attack.”
And lastly, the formula for Critical is: “Weapon’s Crit + Skill (stat) + Support bonuses”. If the unit makes a follow-up attack, then Critical is multiplied by the unit’s Double Attack Critical (FCM/PCC in fantranslations) on the follow-up attack.
